Dr Freddy Ho's Orthopaedic Surgery: Johannesburg branch - rude receptionist

I am highly disgusted by the manner in which the receptionist at Dr Ho's surgery is Johannesburg spoke to me. He name is Cindy, She is unprofessional, rude and does not know how to speak to people.

I called in requesting to make an appointment for Wednesday In Vereniging for someone who will be travelling from the Free State, she rudely told me that I must call back tomorrow at the 016 number and will be assisted then. I tried to explain to her that I needed to know a day in advance as the person cannot travel all the way to Vereneging, only for the Dr not to be available. I then proceeded to request for another alternative date when the Dr will be in Vereniging only for her to tell me with a smug tone that the Dr is on leave until July and hung the phone in my ear.

I have never felt so disrespected and undermined in my entire life. She is not doing me any favour because we are paying for the Dr and his services, instead, she is doing the surgery a great disservice by the level of her unprofessionalism and rudeness.
