Dr FRANKS NO RESPONSE AFTER PAYMENT WAS TAKEN

Order my medication online and was approved and paid on 1 April 2026.

No communication whatsoever since then. I called the office is closed. Emailed *** no reply.

I take note of the Easter weekend delay but to have NO RESPONSE is completely unacceptable.

Either dispatch my medication immediately or refund me immediately.
