Bad service and ethics

I was treated by Dr Frankel and Partner at Fourways life for a puncture wound. The wound was not severe and I wanted to ensure that it would be covered by medical aid. I was assured by the reception and the doctor that this would be the case even though I am on a hospital plan.

The treatment itself was not done well, I am left with a protruding scar, and on top of that I am now being held liable for the account. Personally to me it doesn't seem ethical and I would avoid making use of their services.
