Bad service and rude personell from Dr Ferguson at the Rosebank Sports Clinic

<p>I have been to see Dr Ferguson ***) at Rosebank Sports Centre on Monday the 16th of May 2016 for my shoulders. I have paid him in full the same day. </p> <p>He said that he is going to write me a report and email it to me so that I can start the correct treatment at the physio. It has been two weeks now and I have not received any report from him and therefore also not started with any treatment either as I am still waiting for his report.</p> <p>Within these two weeks, I have phoned three times, wrote two emails as well as I left messages on their answering machine requesting the report where nobody even bothered to get back to me. Today I have phoned twice and the second time I spoke to a lady by the name of Wanita Peterson, I take it that she is Dr Ferguson’s secretary, and she has been so rude to me over the phone, first she gave me all these lame excuses about why Dr Ferguson has not written my report as yet she said that she is too busy with seeing patients. I told her that it has been two weeks and that I have made numerous phone calls and sent two emails already and she just told me very rudely that he is just one person and can’t get to everything and that is that. I told her that I am not interested in their excuses as I have paid them in full and that I also need the report in order to start with my treatment, and so in other words, because Dr Ferguson is too busy, now I cannot start with the treatment that I need, so basically stuff me then?</p> <p>I told her that I am going to send a complain through to the HPCSA and she told me in a very rude mannerr to go right ahead. </p> <p>This is very unprofessional, very rude and totally unacceptable!!!</p> <p> </p>
