I made an appointment for a second opinion, I was never called to say at any point he would not be interested. Then I get to the rooms and wish to pay a substantial fee, however the second I say I'm paying cash and not through a medical aid, I get declined by the receptionist after confirming with a doctor. Where is your value of life when you can't milk medical aids for further income to your practice. Life has a price apparently.
