Highly *********** staff

Had an appointment on Friday. The last time I saw her was July 2019. On Friday the two ladies at reception told me I could see the Dr. once I pay my account quote " Dr. does not want to see people who do not pay her" This was infront of the other patients. In August 2019 I told them that my medical aid did not receive the claim and that they should submit it. I never heard anything again and thought it was paid by the medical aid but when I inquired with this morning my medical aid confirmed that they never received a claim from her. Her staff are rude and seriously ***********. They do not do their jobs and street patience as if you are bothering them. They should not be allowed to work at a practice.
