Dentist that can't fulfill his promise

This Dr. Malan made me a dental plate and promised me to replace it with a new plat should this one not work, but he never did, even though I was there 3x afterwards and informed him. He instead suggested a metal plate at R4000, all I want was to replace current one and make a better one, not asking for metal one.
