A medical practisioner who is working as a surgeon

I went to a surgery at Boitekong Mall at shop 87 in Rusternburg owned by Dr F Legabe.A young man whom is working on her behalf gave me wrong medication hence he diagnosed me with high blood whereas I had low blood pressure.I spent a months at the hospital due to his medication which made me worse.If it was not for my daughter calling the ambulance I would have died.After being released I met a lady who used to work there and she told me that the man is not a doctor but a medical practitioner who is forging Dr F Legabe's signature.He is getting my medical money for the wrong job and he might be killing a lot of people for doing the job he is not supposed to do.Could you please assist me to investigate this man and reverse my money to my medical aid hence it is because of him that I ended up in a critical condition. It would mean alot if a through investigation is made before revealling my details to them for my safety reasons.
