MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

DR. F JAKOET performed a circumcision procedure on both of my grandsons a few years ago and my daughter took the matter to court. He did not wait for the anesthesia to kick in properly and continued with the procedure and it went horribly wrong. He got a fine and the court ruled that he is liable for all the damages as well as psychological evaluation at Vincent Pallotti hospital and now he refuses to do so. W would prefer that the procedure be done while it is still holiday, in order for him to recover before school reopens.
