Defamation

I will never as long as I live take my child to this doctor ever again. Firstly my daughter gets admitted with fever and abdominal pain in casualties and gets referred to Dr. Stepien, she then says she has bronchitis and that the chest x-ray shows it but the radiology report states the x-ray is clear, we never saw Dr. Stepien while she was in hospital we had to request that the sister phone us as soon as the doctor comes and do her rounds so that we can find out what is wrong with our daughter. Our daughter had to get IV antibiotics and physio but she has never coughed once, she only had abdominal pain, luckly the night sister decided to give her a gliserien suppository as she hasn't had a bowl movement for a few days. After she had a bowl movement her fever was gone and her abdominal pain was gone. After 3 days in the hospital trying to convince the doctor to discharge her she only comes at 20:00 that night to discharge her, in the cold of winter now you have to take your child home at that time of night. To make things worse a month later I receive a threatening email that the medical aid paid Dr. Stepiens money into my bank account and I should make sure to pay it into her account. No money was paid into my account, with back and forth phone calls to her idiotic accounts lady who can't speak eniglish properly and can't do her work well, I finally got it shorted out with her and the medical aid. The medical aid paid the money into my account 3 days later and I paid the money into Dr. Stepiens account. Now 2 months later I get a rude phone call from a collection agency that I owe Dr. Stepien the exact amount that I already paid into her account and that they have handed me over and my name is now on the ITC as a bad payer. I nearly had a stroke from anger. I explained to the collection agency I did pay her but now I have to prove I Did, meaning I have to go to the bank and get a proof of payment and email it, I work so when must I now get time to go to the bank. So I called my lawyer and now I have opened a law suite against Dr. Ewa Stepien of defamation and I will retract it as soon as her idiotic accounts lady does her job right and proof that she received my payment.
