Dr Eve Samson - ENT @ Vincent Pallotti Hospital

Dr Eve Samson is lovely but unfortunately my issue has not been resolved.

I have 2 ear infections, started in 2020 and I've been to Dr twice. I spent R1000 on my 1st consult and R1200 on my 2nd. I also spent a few hundred on meds and sadly my infections have not gone away. I contacted Monique Fredericks explaining the situation and stating that I work at a non-profit so I can't afford to pay another R1200 for 3rd consult. I was also told "As discussed with Dr, Please consult with your GP which will be able to manage you for treatment as well."

In this day and age it seems like you pay for things you don't get. Isn't a ENT specialist supposed to be able to treat ear infections? Or at least give a *#m when you give them feedback that your infections haven't gone away?

I find it quite sad & pathetic that this is the kind of service that we South Africans are so accustomed to.
