Dr Eva Siolo-Botched Plastic surgery

I underwent cosmetic surgery by Dr. Eva Siolo 8 June 2023, seeking minor fat reduction but ended up with extensive and unauthorized liposuction on multiple body areas and facial fat transfer. The surgeries resulted in severe distortions: a 'diaper bum' from excessive thigh fat removal, disproportionate body contours an unnaturally thin waist completely disproportionate to the rest of my form, and facial changes like cheeks bulging and becoming disproportionate, facial asymmetry as well as jawline and chin overfilled completely distorting my once beautiful face and natural symmetry. Despite severe physical and emotional trauma, Dr. Siolo provided inadequate consultation notes rushed pre-surgery analysis and ignored my requests. Medical consultations continue with other plastic surgeons all over the world (New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, US, Brazil, UK and China) for revision surgeries amidst ongoing emotional distress and professional setbacks. My entire body shape was altered which will require extensive balancing and fat re-distribution. Facial surgeons have told me the fat is too difficult to remove from my face and micro-liposuction of the overfilled areas on the face with a facelift is most likely needed as once the fat comes off the face will droop. A FACELIFT??? It`s unimaginable and terrifying to me that someone like me who has only ever (pre-Eva) the slightest amount of filler and botox, now has to have a facelift. To put into context, the most filler I`ve had in my face at any one time was 0.5ml and that too only in my lips and right tear trough. Eva Siolo put in 28cc of fat around my entire face (not even sure if this is factually correct as the medical report she sent me only 3 months after the surgery says she prepared 50cc but the diagram says 28cc ??) On my lips alone she put in 2ml? I gave her a complete medical file from my previous cosmetic doctor containing all the filler placements and amounts ahead of the surgery but still she ignored this and was absolutely reckless with my face. My face looks ****, unnatural, disproportionate and my body disfigured. I cry every single day.

Eva Siolo has offered me no financial compensation or refund to date despite informing her of the botched results with photo evidence from June 2023 to current. I have already spent thousands in consultations and lost significant time researching corrective procedures. In my latest face to face engagement with Dr Siolo which was a year after the procedure as I had emigrated, the Dr dismissed all my concerns by blame-shifting and gas-lighting me, citing it is my fault. In this meeting Dr Siolo when I asked for all the meeting notes leading up to my surgery ,the Dr admitted that she maintains no written records of meetings and discussions leading up to surgery and doesn`t have any notes in my case, in this meeting she also volunteered in the presence of other parties that her standard and ongoing protocol is to conduct the pre-surgery analysis 30 min before surgery occurs(note my surgery was a complex 4-hr procedure). I received my signed consent form at this meeting - more than a year after the surgery. To date, the Dr. has not sent me before and after pictures which I have requested over and over again on email. Overall, it has been a devastating experience, and I pray no one has to endure the pain and suffering I have endured since 8 June 2023.
