Unprofessional and unreliable Dr.

If I could rather rate at 0 stars I would. I made an appointment to see this gynae as she came recommended to assist with infertility issues and was informed she is a reproductive endocrinologist too. I made the appointment middle of May and was told her first available appointment is 20 August. I booked it.

Yesterday 18 August I get a message to say Dr will not be available on 20th but her assistant will be doing the consults. I said I want to see the Dr I booked for and when can we schedule it for. They respond with- they will let me know and be in touch. I ask what's the next available appointment and get told next available appointment is October.

This was going to be my first appointment with this Dr. I find this extremely unreliable and unprofessional to say the least. I do not recommend her at all.

I voiced my opinion and for a praying hands response. I just have no words. I honestly don't.
