Bad service

Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist then has the audacity to threaten to hit me. I had been coughing out blood clots so I was in horrible pain! The service, you’d swear it was a government institution. I’m absolutely disgusted and ashamed! (She’s skinny and Sotho) very uncouth
