Expensive **** advise

I am mentally ill, my psyciatrist refered me to Dr Bing, after doing all the documentation, she sits down and tells me that she is not going to sit and listen to me tell her how **** my life is, and that I muast go and make a decision , what i want to do, then come back. Now she really xpects me to pay her R500 for that????
