Poor service, rudeness and unhappy patient

The serve we are receiving is really poor, the ladies there don’t have even sound like they are willing to help people, especially we blacks are the most unfortunate.

I wonder if Dr Mjoli is aware of the treatment we as his clients are getting. We have consumer rights,I mean we pay and we must get value for our money,we don’t go to consultations rooms on credit, we pay medical aids for a reason, and our Medical Aid Appoints these Doctors In trust but if their receptionist fail us as patients what more will the Doctors do.

If at all can’t work with people then I guess they should try a different industry. When you work with people you should be very very patient not matter how much of a bad day one is having, leave your problems at home and help people whole heartedly so that we can come back for the good service delivered to us and be able to refer other people.
