Horrible

I will never go see them again. Paid my outstanding amount and I keep getting sms' about outstanding amount even though I paid it months ago. Had to go to the practice and physically show them proof of payment. "No please email it to me."!!! (I did that when I made the payment) When I was standing in front of her with it in my hand! Always have to wait hours to see the doctor even with an appointment. Then you still have issues with the useless accounts department. Stay away from them.
