Unacceptable *******

Hi this is not a complaint but the rates they charge versus the Medical aid is more than 50%. I received a bill from them to pay in R35000 in 30days and i ama pensioner. If they told us that they DO NOT CHARGE MEDICAL AID RATES then we could have asked the doctor for someone that does. In my opinion is total *******. I van understand a difference of 10% but not over 50%. It is totally an unfair practice. My strong advice to other get a quote first before engaging the, because they are a *******. SA Health needs to address cases like this so that patients don't have to suffer trauma after being discharged.
