The doctor was good (i was asleep for the surgery so can't comment more) but the whole situation was not worth it thanks to their accounts department. I had the surgery 01 November and started chasing their accounts from mid November for the invoice to send to my medical aid. After weekly chasing i finally received it on the 12 February. I forwarded the invoice to medical aid for payment. I then received contact from their lawyers on the 03rd March (Today) advising me that the matter was now legal and that i would now have a judgement against me. I would not suggest anyone go through the pain and suffering i went through and just use a different practice for your surgery.
