Not satisfied with their attitude

Good morning I need an advice I did send my son to a Doctor and the was a short fall, I tried to communicate with their account for an account outstanding only thing that I received is a SMS that send me to their lawyers, now I tried to communicate with them regarding the right email address so that I can pay their account lady she said " she doesn't care" only I wanted was an invoice.
