She is rude to patients, has a bad attitude

On my arrival at Dr E Moosa I was attended by an receptionist that's very rude, raises her voice when she speaks to patients. I was embarrassed in front of other patients, she accused me of trying to use a ****** medical aid that belongs to someone else. She asked for my id book and it came to my surprise she didn't even use it or try confirm with my initials and surname, she then made further calls and I waited close to 20min , she came back raising her voice that she doubts the medical aid is mine because she cannot locate it due to her having poor network and discovery doesn't work on weekends . She told me if I wish to see the doctor I shou pay cash because she's not going to help me ' I left hurt my feelings crush and in great pain for being treated like a *****
