Horrible treatment

Today my husband went to Dr Moosa's surgery in Chiawelo Soweto and I accompanied him, I must say I was extremely annoyed and irritated by Dr Nazeer who's Dr Moosa's son and also works there. We know that surgery is always full and we don't mind waiting but we cannot be made fools by people who jumps the queue and instead of the doctor reprimanding his employees he decides to tell patients that if we are not happy we can go to another doctor. I'm extremely annoyed by his unprofessional remarks because I have been going to that surgery for the past 23 years and I know their procedure very well, so doctor Nazeer I want people to know that when a patient lays a complaint you tell them that they are causing a scene and they must go to another doctor after they have waited for 3hours instead of handling the matter like a professional you are and he must know that I go to his surgery not because I don't know any good doctors but I'm very loyal to his father since his been my doctor for over the years.
