Horrible experience at Dr Dylan Naidoo Dentist

Having excruciating tooth pain, to the point where I have been crying non stop. I went to the nearest dentist Dr. Naidoo at the Complete Family Clinic, Carnival Mall. His assistant said to wait and he will see me if he can After waiting from 7:00 he finally saw me at 11:00. He barely looked at my tooth then said I have an abscess and he can't remove it or do anything about it. He wrote a prescription for just antibiotics and a referral letter. He then said I should call them asap to remove the tooth. I couldn't understand, he couldn't remove it but said it should be removed at the latest the next day. He was so inhumane towards me and not caring that I was in so much pain. I had to pay for nothing. While leaving I heard him ask his assistant if I was the last patient for the day. It was his last day before vacation. Hearing this I felt he tried to just get me to leave. I then went to another dentist, who saw me immediately as an emergency and removed the tooth immediately. My husband asked if I had an abscess and the dentist said no just infection and that is why the tooth was removed immediately. I'm disgusted with Dr Niadoo for being so inhumane and lying so he could get me away asap
