Rude and ******** Pet food supplier

I tried to purchase a bag of Hill's cat food from Dr D's Pet food store on 2/08 but my debit would not go through on their machine and I was turned away.<br> I left the bag of cat food but 2 weeks later, when I checked my bank statement, I realised that the money had been taken off my account.<br> I went back to the store but was again turned away because they needed to contact the owner, who only got back to me 2 days later.<br> Sharon, the owner, contacted me and said there was no problem on their side I would have to contact my bank. She refused to even look at their statements and said the money was probably waiting in a \secret trust".<br> I then told her I would atleast need her help to provide me with a statement that no money had come into their account but she started to shout at me and demanded my CVV number and expiry date of my card which I refused to give as this is personal information which could be used if it fell into the wrong hands.<br> She was rude"
