Worst Gynae Experience!

At this moment i am currently 21 wks pregnant. i went for my 2nd checkup with Dr D Maasdorp at Garden City on the 22 April 2020. I was turned away by the receptionist which she told me that it was the wife Mrs Maasdorp which refused to allow me to consult because of a shortfall with my medical which was 1500.00. So with the previous checkup the shortfall was almost 700.00 which was paid on the 20 April 2020 and having to pay a co payment of 450.00. so lets calculate 700+450+ 1500 = 2650.00 that they expected me to pay for a consultation. Mind you, these people confirmed that they do accept my medical aid and the plan i am using. all they said was a co payment of 450 needs to be paid with each visit which i was comfortable with. I would have expected them to atleast give me grace of paying the 1500.00 shortfall atleast before the next consultation. Im so dissapointed as they were so inconsiderate and could care less attitude. My 1st checkup was with a different gynecologist that was standing in for Dr Maasdorp and I did not even receive my 1st SONA pictures. I was told to come with a stick with the next visit???? I was so confused and thought how inconvenient especially if you have a baby album you are busy s**** booking. Ladies, i am 21wks pregnant. how do these people turn a pregnant women away so far along without even coming to reception and atleast having the decency to tell me to my face. where do i get a gynae that will assist me with me halfway through the pregnancy? this is my 3rd child and possible hands down the worst gynae experience i have ever had. I am so sad for the receptionist as she was the only person in that office that seemed to care. i felt bad for her as she had to deal with dissapointing me and i could see in her face how bad she felt for me. Naledi you are a star even for even trying to make me atleast feel like a human being.
