I was attacked today with a phone call which seems to have enabled this company to deduct R5 per day from me. I received a call and only heard the words press 1, which I stupidly comp**** with to give the caller the benefit of the doubt. Apparently this constituted authorization for the deduction. I then had to SMS "STOP" to number "37410" for this deduction to be switched off. I find this behaviour totally reprehensible and want to know whether there is any way to have this behaviour stopped? I presume they may be a good source of revenue for somebody, but surely this sort of behaviour should be rooted out? Email address is ***
