Complaint

Dr Nadsen,

I am writing to you to tell you the bad experience i had today, i have contacted the receptionist and asked for help on an urgent appointment for myself.

I have been having pains on my chest which had a sharp and unbearable pain towards my left and i couldn't move my left side of my body as it was numb. I was sweating, mouth went dry and my hands was shaking I really needed help being it could be serious.

The receptionist mentioned that they cant assist and need to book an appointment this is seriously not on and i feel as this receptionist employed doesn't know what is important calls are. I seriously could have lost my life cause of her.

I have always been to this practice and loved it however the receptionist just went on like a robot ivr. If urgent request cant be held why run aa practice why cant we walk in instead of an appointment if its dealing with the heart.

I had to rush to another doctor to find out if i had left it i would have had a stoke or heart attack... My preassure was164 over 111 and after doctor gave me TNT meds while on the machines he monitored and put me right however this is not the standards you set for your clients and you always help

that receptionist needs to learn what is serious and what is not she is playing with life's instead of saving.
