1 hour late with no excuse or apology.
Had an appointment at 8:30am with the Doctor. Receptionist said he is going to be late. Apparently the doctor only lets them know what time he will arrive on the day of appointments. By 9:15 he was still not there. We walked out. There was another patient, her appointment was 8:15. Appointments are 15 minutes each. Which means if the doctor arrived at 9:30, he would only be able to see us at 9:45. How do you make appointments and not see them through. This is utterly disrespectful. This is not how you deal with patients.

02 Sept 2021, 11:15Dr Djan, personally phoned me to explain the reason why he was not onetime. Unfortunately his receptionist did not convey the message to us, while we sat there for 1 hour. Thank you Dr Djan for contacting us personally.
