Terribly disappointed

I have been seeing this neurologist for a few years. He is amazing. But you can't directly get in touch with him and the nurse who handles all requests and emails, is completely rude, abrupt and ***********. Reports take months, with silly excuses, yet they know that reports have timeliness and expiry dates.
