Bad service by this Doctor

Hello Peter.

I have been seen by the Dr Singh since 2010 for mental condition Practice number ***

The docter has done a lot of damage in my life and mental wellbeing. Docter Singh failed to give me proper diagnosis. He had been treating me for Bipolar since 2010 and I don't have one sign for Bipolar. Docter Singh even daignosed me even epilepsy I have been struggling with panic attack and anxiety disorder since 2010 My condition has never improved for the 12 years under his care. I have been very sick but docter would force me to go to work and shout at me all the time I went for help and he never had time for me except talking to his fone and busy with his computer during my consultation.

In 2022 he admitted me for panic attacks but when I requested printout from nursed the diagnosis he gave me was Covid 19, mind you I was never even screened for Covid 19

Atfer a week of admission. He the asked me to return to work. At that time I was very sick and dealing with unbeatable side effect of the treatment he gave me.

When I got him I was still very sick I drove myself back to hospital the shouted and demanded and amount of R10000 which I didn't have, he then asked me to leave his building.

He failed to write a medical report to my employee for the period of five years. This year I had ran out of sick leave but I still could not go work. Docter still didn't want to write a medical report.

That leafed to loss of income. For febuary and March.

Finally at work they gave him a form to fill Soni cud get salary from my pension.

He still refused. My friend suggested I should check this docter to see what was causing him to behave like this.

I saw that in 2009 docter Singh was suspended for ***ual harrasment of his patient so by the time he started seeing he was probably not due to practise.

He has drained my medical aid for all these years because when I requested statement from medical aid there are so many claims that were totally a *****

Up to now he never wrote a medical report. I have been out of treatment since febuary because he chased me and wrote on his file that he never want to see me again

Docter Singh will damage so many patients if he still continue to practise.

Docter Singh need to compensate me for all the amount of damage.

I had reported to LEGAL WISE since I have a membership with legal wise but they haven't open any file for me since Febuary but they deducting my money every month an amount of R260 I had also reported to Health Professionals Of South Africa but Docter Kwinda who was handling my case decided to close my file and it ended like that.

Please help me the justice need to be done.

Docter Singh will harm many south Africans

I have now found a new docter who is now collecting all the data from scratch.

For 12 years docter never refered me anywhere But I'm now being seen by a psychologist

Please help me I don't deserve that treatment Regards.
