Dear Dr. Marais and Team, I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from your receptionist during my recent interaction. I approached the practice expecting professionalism and empathy, but instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The receptionist’s comment, “Don’t make your problem our problem,” was both rude and deeply unprofessional. As a patient seeking orthopedic care, one expects to be treated with respect and understanding — especially in a medical environment where people are often already in pain or distress. This experience reflects poorly on what I know to be a reputable medical practice.
