Breast Augmentation Consultation
Consultation cost R900 and walked out there more confused than I was before I walked in.
I initially asked I want fuller breasts but dont want to look like a **** star. Just fuller and natural. I walked out there, with him refusing to look at my **** wish pic (just to get an idea of what I have on mind, the look Im after) he didn't care. He also didn't give me sizers for me to try on to get a feel of how big certain ccs would feel.
I ended up walking out there with him telling me 500cc or little larger would be the only size that would suit me. I'm only 64kg and quite slim. 500cc is the **** star look I was telling him I didn't want.
He put me on the Vectra 3D scan machine. Said that the look is not how I would end up looking because the machine places the 'implants' behind the nipple so what he's actually telling me is it's not going to look like that. More confused.
I paid alot of money for this consultation and I walked out feeling cheated. I had no feeling like he was genuinely interested in what i wanted. I felt so uncomfortable. Funny I dont see his fb page or website allowing patient reviews. I think I know why!
Oh yes, still waiting for my 'quote'.
Just an update, about 5 months after this hello peter report, they called me and said they have read the review and they are sorry about how I felt, and could they please reimburse me my consultation fee. I was shocked, but pleased because maybe they weren't that greedy formoney after all and they really are there for the patient.
The lady who phoned me asked me to mail them my banking details so they can reimburse me the R900. I opened a mail i've received from them and rep**** to that, so I know I got the right email address. ***
It's been 3 months after that phone call, and they probably all having a good laugh at my expense again, asI've still to see my money paid into my account.
Please. If you dont intend on really reimbursing a patient that is unhappy, please dont call them and tell them you are, and then dont.
How utterly pathetic
