Lack of consistency in excellent service.

The doctor treating your child as a patient is amazing. But Its been 4 months of me trying to find out what happened to the supposed referral he had mentioned to me while treating my son. The front ladies keep taking my message and saying they will call back after checking with him but never do till I call again and get promised a call back, And the same cycle goes on. My medical aid requires a GP to refer me to see a Pead and a Pead to refer me to the neurodevelopmental pead and every passing month is lost time of intervention for my son.

Im on the brink of just doing the referral for a referral for a referral cause this is ridiculous.
