Poor service, sorryno service

What a tiring process. My daugter was admitted to the hospital, I needed to pay aco payment before they would assist me. I paid it. I requested my invoices to be sent to me and calculations were done wrong and I was shoved to the accounts manager. Jessica was *********** to follow instructions and then the manager of accounts as well couldnt follow a basic request. I asked for my daughter's invoice, she sent me my son's statement. When I phoned her she told me not to adress her by name but as Mrs. Minnaar😂 she asked me ifI am talking to a child, well by the looks of that department it looks like that. Rather use another Radiologist. The person is Jessica in accounts and Rentia the manager
