My claim was rejected by my medical scheme and I was asked to get an updated account showing diagnostic codes. I emailed Rentia Minaar on the 13th December 2023, not expecting to get a response because it's holiday time. Rentia emailed me back this morning with the correct account allowing my scheme to process it for payment today. Thank you so much Rentia for the speedy and accurate assistance!
