After my debacle with the previous so-called dentist, Dr Darby-Wade was recommended to us. Well, this was the best recommendation given.

When I called in and explained the issue of my child, and what we had gone through, the receptionist was so understanding and gave us advice. I immediately made an appointment, which was accommodated for that day. The paperwork was sent to my email before the appointment, which I filled in and sent back. Upon arriving we were greeted with a smile, no issues at all as the paperwork was done.

Time for the dentist - even better. We were met with a friendly attitude from both by Dr Darby-Wade and his dental assistant (can remember her name). Each step that Dr Darby-Wade took he explained in detail and ensure we understood the procedure.

We agreed to the price, which was R9000.00 cheaper than the previous dentist and he started the procedure that day. My child is now happy that she is on her way to having a great smile.

So, I recommend this dentist - no questioned asked.
