Not refunding payments

I was notified by the practice that there is an amount outstanding and was not paid by the medical aid. I made payment to the practise on the morning of 21 January 2015 and emailed them proof of payment.<br> <br> I contacted the medical aid to enquirer why they don't cover the procedure whereby they confirmed payment was made to the practice. I sent proof of payment from the medical aid to the practice on 22 January 2015 and requested the practise refund my payment.<br> <br> I have sent 14 emails to Ronel and Cathy and 4 phone calls to Accounts at the practice and I was promised payment will be made. 10 week later and still no payment and Catherine is ignoring all my emails.<br> <br> Is this the type of service offered? When can I expect payment?
