Very rude and unprofessional Receptionist

<p>I brought my grandson to Dr Dusan Tatumir (Middelburg) practice for an EEG and i have never ever met such an obnoxius woman in my entire life. She is the Receptionist (Marita?)and the way she handles the public is very very bad. I am also in an environment where i have to work with patients and the public. This is not how you treat a paying client. The doctor (Nel) is standing next to her whilst she is so rude to people without intervening or at least apologise for her bad behaviour. This is unacceptable. Patients have rights and must be treated with respect and dignity.</p>
