Unprofessional Medical Assistance

It has been absolutely shocking at the unprofessional behavior and responses from Ameer at Dr Ramdhani rooms in Westville hospital. To say this person has no people skills is an understatement. From trying to postpone my appointment an hour before I was due to arrive to not calling me back when he said he would. Seems its all about maximizing profits instead of assisting someone in need of medical attention and a procedure. For some reason this naive young man seems to think that money grows on trees and seems to determined on inflicting more medical expenses onto people. Is this the end game???
