I wish they call me to inform me about their silly mistake. My last visit was still not the best visit as well

My 1year 6mouths had an 9am appointment with the physiotherapy. I was waiting there till 11am just to be told that the physiotherapy I must come later afternoon at 5pm. What was the point of me requesting at work not to come and waited for no help at the doctor. My day went to waist. I really think costumer service it's not their first priority. They really need to polish in that department. When I ask why was I not told or called to be informed about this, the receptionist was like clueless. 04/11/2024
