Horrible and rude doctors

I have been a with this doctor for a year plus using medical aid, now that I'm facing financial issues I wanted to move to a government facility temporarily so I went on the 8th of April 2026 to ask for a transfer letter... The female I found there was so flipping rude she just said u cannot expect me to drop my patients to attend to you... I said to her please do it when you get a chance she finally agreed and said she will do it when she knocks off till today I'm still waiting... When I call in they keep taking my details and saying they will send via WhatsApp but to no avail they ignore my WhatsApp messages if I'm trying to follow up... But when they were chowing my money it was all rose... I'm really disappointed and frustrated
