Bad Admin Service

The administrators at Matabene Medical Centre in Tembisa they behave like they don't know why they in front desk, they are so ***********.

I consulted on Friday but got my medical letter on Monday after making follow up several times on WhatsApp and telephonically.

Whenever I call, they'll take make details and promise that they will send it, but they didn't until I insisted that I am not going to hung up until they send my letter. I waited for 13 minutes while they have small chats aside listening to them.

My DR referred me to specialist for further checks. Specialist contacted me on Monday informing me that she got all my details from DR she would like to see me, but we need to get referral letter from Matabane medical center so that she can book unfortunately the same history repeated itself.

Specialist have been making demanding them to send referral letter since Monday they didn't send the letter. phoned as well on Tuesday requesting referral letter, they didn't send it they took my details promised to send but they didn't send it.

Wednesday in the money I phone them they didn't answer my calls, i sent WhatsApp they don't respond but they are online.

In the afternoon I made a call again with no answer. it seems like they care about their patients they don't even return calls

With all the poor service no one apologized they acted like nothing happened
