Very bad service

Poor service and not keeping promises with regards to an order. I was promised 48 hour delivery, 1 week later, I am still not getting phone calls returned. When i finally got hold of the correct person, she hadn't even dispatched my order, saying she was waiting for an email with a proof of purchase. No email or verbal instruction was given for this. The money would have cleared and shown in their account days earlier for dispatch, but no one is taking accountability for this companies orders. I am very disappointed!
