Pathetic service

<p>I was livid for the lack of service I got from a local practitioner here in Eerste River. Before heading to the practice I tried to phone but there was no answer so I decided to go there instead. Upon arrival the receptionist informs me that their system has changed, the doctor only sees 20 patients per day and that they close at one. Upon asking her why they don't answer their phones she response by telling me they(the 3 women working the desk) are all very busy. I later asked if a very ill person should arrive at their practice and their 20 quoto was reached would they assist them she went on to say no they wouldn't be able too. The doctor makes plans after one. I'm really disappointed in Dr Brinkhuis and his employees for this bad service. </p>
