One dr treating my wife and the other dr sending the bill that never treated her.

I received a bill for Dr Peterson from Dr Coolen Martins offices. I'm not sure what is going on because Dr Coolen Martin never treated my wife. On top of that Dr Peterson Billed my wife for out of hospital while she was treated by the hospital as an in hospital patient. What gives him the right to do a procedure out of hospital while we are covered for in hospital procedures. On the bill he charges an amount for example using the rooms and right next to it he has a fund liable total that is double the amount . I don't know what kind of ***** is going on here but they need to send me a detailed explanation on what these charges are.
