BAD SERVICE and NO SECRECY OF PATIENTS

On Tuesday 2024-08-13 I was in pain and went to the Dr for medical examination, the female Dr who was examining me, told me she doesn't see anything and took specimens and was told to come back on Friday 2024-08-16. I got there on Friday at about 12:47 and I was called to be checked blood pressure and made to wait outside for my results, people were going in and out until I ask the lady who checked my blood pressure how long still I must wait, as I must go and pick my son from school, she said I am next, then the other venda family who were wearing badges came long after me, were attended to I again went to enquire, how long still, she kept saying I am next. For ONLY collecting results I waited there for one hour thirty minutes and the nurses there are very rude and don't follow the rule of Dr and patient privacy because as I was sitting there I heard them talking to admin staff about patients.

All in all the service there is PATHETIC.
