Poor Service

This lady is rude and unprofessional. Her services are very unprofessional and she's not apologetic about it. Its like she follows a generic approach when you consult, she already knows what prescription she's gonna give you without even explaining what is happening. She doesn't respect time, she makes people wait for over 2 hours when you had an appointment, after waiting for 2 hours, i had to go somewhere but because i had paid already R1050, i had to book another appointment. she forwarded me a prescription putting me on chronic medication without any explanation. when i approached her that, that was unprofessional, she made it a race issue and said im only saying that because she's black, I'm disrespectful, like ***. she was shouting and chased me out of her office. WOW WOW very rude human-being. So much for trying to support black businesses, i regret the day i set my foot at her practice. I am definitely taking this further.
