Bad service from staff

My mother in law was not feeling well. She made an appointment at Dr Lee's offices for 3 o'clock yesterday.<br> When they arrived the paid the R450 consult fee and waited for the doctor.<br> They were sitting there for almost 2 hours, then was told that the doctor was not there.<br> <br> The other doctor was in fact there, but the receptionist did not even offer his services.<br> When she asked the receptionist her money back, she refused and said she needs to return today.<br> <br> This is so wrong on so many levels. I will make sure that every person in Heidelberg knows how unpleasant and unprofessional this doctors offices are.
