Doctor C Heera at Ridge Plaza

First off, one of the ladies working at the desk, is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever had to work with. Knowing how much the consultation costs and having the cash in hand (which is how they prefer it), I asked “who should I give it to?” To which she rep**** “350”, without even looking my way and very rudely. That wasn’t even my question, maybe look at the people paying for the service? I just left it on the desk after her snarky answer. Then, let’s talk about the doctor. Dr. C. Heera. Never have I ever talked to a doctor with such a bad attitude. She’s rude, impatient, insensitive and she treats the patients like they’re an irritation. May we remind you that you provide a service to your patients? And that these paying patients are the people keeping your practice in business? I dared to ask her to make a little note regarding my cholesterol medication which I need to take overseas (as I work overseas and try to take at least 4 months’ provisions with). She interrupted me and said that she is not involved with the distribution of the medication when it comes to the pharmacist next door. I was there two weeks ago and the pharmacist asked for the doctor to please just indicate it on the prescription. So this has happened before and she still refused. Only after I gave her some of her bad attitude right back, did she make a note and I then had no problem at the pharmacy to collect my meds. Stop treating your patients like dirt!
