Extreme rudeness

A very rude secretary, I booked an appointment on the 17th January and I was told to come on the 25th. I called today 24 January and met with a very rude lady who told me I must have imagined the appointment in my head. She screamed at me so badly I told her I was pregnant and she must speak gently and she just continued screaming.
